Meet the Founder
I’m the founder of Wellness 360, established in 2014, and hold a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Fordham University, as well as a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin.
With over two decades of experience in psychotherapy, I’ve come to believe that true healing requires a holistic approach— one that engages both the mind and the body. Wellness is more than symptom management; it involves understanding how our daily choices align with our core values and emotional needs. When we become disconnected from our authentic selves, distress often follows.
Guided by this belief, I founded Wellness 360 in 2014 with a mission to help individuals reconnect with themselves, live in alignment with their values, and build lasting resilience. I believe that everyone has the capacity to live well in their body and to embrace the deep joy of truly connected living.

A Holistic Approach to Healing
Wellness 360 is rooted in the principles of mind-body-spirit integration. Our practice offers evidence-based treatments and diverse healing modalities, including traditional talk therapy, ecotherapy in our healing garden, somatic experiencing, walking meditation in our labyrinth, and therapeutic massage services.
I’ve seen firsthand how comprehensive, holistic care can lead to profound and lasting transformation. My clinical experience spans a wide range of settings—university counseling centers, community mental health clinics, schools, and psychiatric hospitals.
Before launching Wellness 360, I served as a clinical professor at the University of Wisconsin and as director of a community mental health training clinic.
I work with individuals and couples facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, and negative self-image. Using an integrative approach that combines Interpersonal Neurobiology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and somatic techniques, I help clients improve emotional regulation, build psychological resilience, and achieve greater overall well-being.
