Research has shown that massage therapy not only helps relax the body, ease muscle pain and tension, but it also improves mental health. When you are relaxed, your nervous system calms which allows the heart rate and stress hormones to decrease. Unfortunately, in this day and age, relaxation is not always easy to achieve. Whether it is rushing to a meeting, trying to meet a work deadline, juggling children’s schedules, attending too many social engagements, many of us are in a constant state of stress and urgency. There is a lack of stillness in our lives. Through our sessions, I will help you find that stillness your body craves.
I graduated from Steiner School of Massage Therapy in 2012 with a Professional Massage Therapy Degree. I have been a member of AMTA since 2013. My expertise allows me to provide you a variety of massages such as: myofascial release, sports, deep tissue, reflexology, hot stone, trigger point, Russian sports, cranial sacral therapy, shiatsu, Swedish, acupressure, pregnancy, and lymphatic.
My role as a licensed massage therapist at Wellness 360 is to create a climate that allows your body to relax, heal, be still. Our sessions will provide you an escape from whatever is causing your stress. As a part of Wellness 360’s holistically focused team, I will take care of the body and your counselor will take care of the mind. We will both help you learn how to heal and live well in your body!
Pricing is $100 for 60 minutes, and $130 for 90 minutes.
