I have provided clinical services since 2007 and earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Wichita State University, in 2016.
I am a Postdoctoral Fellow providing therapeutic services under the supervision of Dr. Jaya Mathew. I have worked closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds in a variety of clinical settings, such as a university community clinic, correctional/forensic settings, and nonprofit organizations. I am passionate about being involved in my client’s journey towards healing by developing a strong, collaborative therapeutic relationship. I believe in working diligently to meet the unique needs and goals of each person I serve.
I work with a variety of presenting concerns including anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, anger management, interpersonal pain, racial/ethnic stress, LGBTQ+, and relationship concerns. I also have a niche for working with men’s issues; such as stress, employment, relationship problems, intimacy issues, anger, fear, loneliness, failure, betrayal and sexual addiction.
I am originally from the Midwest, but I had the opportunity to reside in Florida for a couple of years before relocating to Texas. I love spending time with my family and friends, participating within the community and traveling. I also have a background in philosophy and enjoy learning about other beliefs, cultures and religions.
