I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology from Troy University and my Master’s and Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Tennessee State University.
Over the past 6 years, I have provided psychological care to a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, men, mothers, and adults.
As a strong generalist clinician, I am committed to meeting clients where they are and offering a safe, supportive space to address a broad spectrum of issues, including stress, anxiety, depression, body image, relationships, sexuality, culture, and processing trauma using EMDR. I aim to foster an environment where clients feel understood and supported on their path to healing and growth.
Originally from Alabama, where I completed my undergraduate degree, I have also lived in Tennessee and Nebraska while earning my advanced degrees. I am now continuing my professional journey in Texas. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, listening to music, exploring comedy, and engaging in creative activities.
At Wellness 360, I provide therapeutic services as a post-doctoral fellow under the supervision of Dr. Jaya Mathew. My goal is to offer an unbiased space where clients can explore their current selves, navigate new life situations, and heal from past experiences. I look forward to guiding you on this transformative journey.
