I earned my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts.
I have worked for the last nine years with children, adolescents, adults, and families in a mixture of medical centers, educational settings, and community mental health settings. I use an integrative approach that pulls from relational, cognitive behavioral, and systems approaches, infused with my personal style that uses humor and compassion to build a relationship that drives change.
I am passionate about supporting adolescents, adults, couples, and families who present with a variety of concerns including trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, LGBTQ+ struggles, chronic medical conditions, neurodivergence (ADHD and ASD), perfectionism, communication, parenting struggles, and racial stress.
I was born and raised in Texas, and am passionate about providing services to improve the quality of life for the diverse individuals that call this state home. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, dancing, reading, live music, and spoiling my pets.
I am currently a Postdoctoral Fellow in Clinical Psychology providing psychotherapy services under the supervision of Dr. Jaya Mathew. I am excited to be a part of your healing journey!
